Outside of his professional life, Stefano is a dedicated single father to two boys, Santino and Leo. He maintains an active lifestyle, training in mixed martial arts and enjoying basketball and soccer with his children. His commitment to personal growth, discipline, and family values reflects the same drive and integrity he brings to his work.
EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Aiello joins Equitable Real Estate after a successful year in the business development department at Emulsion Print House. Before that, he interned at one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world, with over 5,000 employees and $250 million in annual revenue. During his tenure, Mr. Fiftal worked on researching market trends, growth segments, and business development.
